Court House - No one should be able to solicit funds from the side of a highway or at traffic lights. It delays and impedes traffic. It is unsafe and dangerous for volunteers, the motoring public, and pedestrians / bicyclists who use the shoulder of the road for transport. I do not know how many times I was delayed in traffic due to coin drops. It is time to end archaic practices that are endangering many lives.
