All of our tax dollars, time and energy wasted on trying to destroy 100 acres of woods rather than preserving the land like the township should have. More ratables does not result in lower taxes, it results in higher taxes. 340 more homes will put more demand on the aquifer, driving up the cost of water. It will increase sewer rates. The last thing Middle needs is another housing development. Middle is getting so overdeveloped.
