The new Parkway exit ramp lights are still slow or don't change

Court House - The new Parkway exit ramp lights are still slow or don't change at all. Hopefully they will put the road sensors in soon and it will get better. Disappointed with that part of the work. Ironic that I take Route 9 because it is faster, one would think the Parkway would make trips quicker.
