Court House - Modifying or repealing birthright citizenship has been proposed in Congress, however, like securing the border, nothing has been done. Illegals from China, Mideast, Mexico and Central America flood over our borders and are rewarded here when they come illegally. It is a simple, common sense proposal: "Legislate change at the federal level. Under the proposed Birthright Citizenship Act of 2009, to be considered a citizen, a child must have at least one parent who is a U.S. citizen, a legal permanent resident." All our reps should get behind this whether D or R. We need to demand it of them.
