No matter what your reasoning a commercial business should not be allowed to continue operating on our small, dead end, residential street. This business has disrupted our lives for almost 5 years! You are now allowing the owner to continue operating for an additional 18 months. How is that fair to the rest of the residents of Kings Lane?
