Middle township, when are we going to rebuild the dune on reeds

Court House - Middle township, when are we going to rebuild the dune on reeds beach? Every high tide we have 1 foot of water on north beach road. You would think public works would be communicating with you since they have to clean up after every high tide of all the trash that has washed onto the road.
