Court House - Middle Township needs to use eminent domain to seize the property that is the proposed site of low-income housing in Court House. Middle Township residents do not want or deserve to have low-income housing forced on them. It will drive up crime and drive down property values. Who will want to send their kids to MT schools with low-income housing in Court House? It's bad enough Rio Grande is doomed with affordable housing. Take the Conifer land by force using eminent domain to prevent the housing from being built and preserve the land. The Conifer project must be stopped!
