Court House - Many Puerto Rican's have sought shelter in the USA because they have to keep generators running constantly. The fumes and noise are especially tough on senior citizens. Imagine that going on in your neighborhood or apartment complex. Because so many schools have not been able to reopen, the "babies," as they call their youngsters, are seeking education in the U.S. until they can go back. We should be ashamed of the way our country has treated Puerto Rico in this time of crisis. This would be unacceptable in any other U.S. state.
