Court House - Last week I was riding my bike on Middle Twp bike path heading south from Cape May Court House. I saw a woman walking into the woods. I looked further and saw 4 or 5 tents in the woods not far from the bike path. Are the Township officials aware that people are living in the woods? Is anyone as shocked as I am?
