Court House - It's time for Lodge 7 to teach correctional officers the meanings of unity, camaraderie, seniority, and brotherhood. Union contracts are designed to help an officer advance through seniority. Little things like job posting, job bidding, shift bidding, and other benefits that other unions provide for members. For $80 per month in dues, our Lodge 7 should at least explain these simple concepts and maybe explain why officers do not have these rights. I feel this will take a miracle. Let's all pray for correctional officers.
