It seems like the local Police departments find it harder to fin

Court House - It seems like the local Police departments find it harder to find new applicants. Well first the departments will be losing more younger officers to the trades. Because they pay more for the young family fathers and mothers. There are too many steps in their pay scale, set back 10 years ago before the left wing started all of this nonsense. Pay steps of 10 to18 steps. Within those years they could be making 3 times as much for their families within 10 years in the trades. In mean time we will be losing well trained officers because of these steps. MTPD, WPD. Wake up Mayors before it's too late.
