It is really getting out of control on Brighton Road in Court Ho

Court House - It is really getting out of control on Brighton Road in Court House; people are speeding dangerously, not abiding by the posted limit, and treating it like this length of road is an on-ramp. The traffic pattern going North is too difficult for people to understand as they are constantly missing the double yellow line which places them in oncoming traffic. I witnessed a tractor-trailer have to wait for an SUV to get into the correct lane so that it could make the turn. Lastly, the left arrow turning off of Brighton and on from the Parkway are out of sync and oddly timed. Please help!
