Court House - It doesn't take a rocket scientist to determine that a spouter from Swainton has no idea what he/she is talking about concerning shopping carts and drugs. This person must not read the Herald and other local newspapers to see the number of drug arrests being made by the Street Crimes Unit of the Middle Township Police Department which was implemented by Chief Christopher Leusner. If this person took the time to attend Township Committee meetings and work sessions, he/she would be able to figure it out instead of spouting innuendos and half truths.
