Court House - Isn't there a law that bikes have to be walked across our local small bridges? I nearly ran over a bicyclist Aug. 22 while going over Townsend's Inlet Bridge. He was riding in the middle of my lane but coming toward me, not with the traffic, over the crest of the bridge through the toll, so I didn't see him coming nor is that something to be expected. When I drew my arm up in a questioning motion, he gave me the finger. To the 30-something biker in red shorts and no shirt, learn the rules of the road, lose the entitlement, and try to refrain from classless gestures in the future.
