No, not all of us have jobs that are dependent on tourism, not even indirectly. This area doesn't have to have a tourism-based economy. Pumping sand on the beach repeatedly just to have it wash away repeatedly is stupid and a waste of tax dollars! Live near the ocean at your own risk and expense!
