Court House - I'm new to this area and moved into a development. Wish I did a little more homework prior to buying. I do like most of my neighbors, but am not very happy with the so-called board of directors. Have had several issues and cannot get a straight answer from any of them. Seem to get different answers from each board member. Everybody gives a different excuse and then usually turns the problem onto the unit owner.
