Court House - If recent posts complaining about disruptive students are coming solely from teachers, as a former teacher myself, I would seriously consider they examine their classroom management skills, and try to plan lessons that meet the needs of all students. There are many considerations that must be made in dealing with a problem student, some legal, some financial, and blaming the administration will change nothing.
