Court House - If anyone at the county or Parkway is reading this, please have the contractor fix the timing on the Crest Haven traffic light. Northbound exit ramp light takes about four minutes to turn green. Ridiculous for the contractor to be allowed to set the timing so badly. Where was the oversight?
