Court House - I went to lunch in Cape May recently with a friend who has a handicapped sign for her car. We were criticized and stared at by two groups of people. I don’t need the handicapped parking, but she, even though she looks perfectly healthy, has legitimate reasons for it. Please don’t judge what you don’t know.
