Court House - I think someone else mentioned this but I can confirm the comment on bikes on highways Saturday morning going down Rt 9 from Upper Twp to Cape May Court House I passed 37 bike riders along that stretch so obvious question is “why spent our hard earned tax dollars on bike paths through the County?”when majority use our roads paid for by our Gas Tax to bike ride .Someone else mentioned this and I think it is a Great Idea. If you want to ride a bike on our highways then NJ should require a license on bike and bike owner pay a license fee I otherwise use the bike paths we paid for by taxes
