I think it's great that a "family center" is going into the form

Court House - I think it's great that a "family center" is going into the former Kmart/Rick's shopping center. When I was a kid, that area was always great to go and hang out, especially in the winter, but, why a beer garden? Does this county need another beer-related establishment? We all know there are more than enough problems associated with drugs and alcohol in the county. Is it truly necessary to add another bar to an area already plagued with alcoholism and drug addiction?
