I really wish the county would help the homeless woman who sleep

Court House - I really wish the county would help the homeless woman who sleeps at the bus stop near the Mcdonald's in Cape May Court House. I drive by every morning to work and see her trying to keep warm. It's a total shame. I have stopped and given her some Wawa gift cards and blankets.
