I have read several comments saying towns and cities don't have

COURT HOUSE - I have read several comments saying towns and cities don't have control of beach replenishment. If so why can they require beach tags on beach sand they don't control. ?? Oh,I keep forgetting this is N.J. and NJ taxes or puts fees on just about everything. Stay tuned as there may be Democrats working on a way to tax the air you breathe.. If you enjoy High taxes and fees on everything remember to vote for Tax and Spend Democrats in Nov. If you would like to keep little more of your hard earned money let's vote Democrats out of office in Nov
