I don't understand how two full-time jobs are compressed into on

Court House - I don't understand how two full-time jobs are compressed into one full-time job and a pay raise is given. Maybe the original full-time jobs were only part-time with a full-time salary. Maybe there are many other municipal jobs like this. This is happening in Middle Township, Sea Isle City and Ocean City. Let's give the taxpayers a break.
