Court House - I do not think you need to pass a drivers license test to get a license in PA. In the past 8 days I have counted 161 traffic laws broken by PA drivers 50% on Garden State Speedway and 50% on Rt 9. The only place I saw a police car was sitting at their office off Parkway in Avalon. Never did see any County or local police. NJ has highest paid State Police east of Mississippi and maybe entire country but you will rarely if ever see them controlling traffic in South Jersey. As someone told me you can put the hammer down once you are over the Beasley point bridge. Our tax dollars at work????
