I am frustrated by some visitors who continue to break the laws

Court House - I am frustrated by some visitors who continue to break the laws in our towns. They continue to park in handicap spaces without signs or tags. They illegally park in front of stores because they're too lazy to drive around to look for a spot. They race by pedestrians who rightly stand in crosswalks waiting to cross, they race through our towns like they're going to a fire. Our law enforcement must give out tickets to these abusers. When they know that this will cost them money, maybe they'll think before they break our laws.
