Court House - I am astonished that whenever officials in Philadelphia talk about the crime in Philadelphia they list a host of problems that lead to this problem. They lament their is not enough social workers, recreational activities, food insecurity, and my favorite not enough jobs, among other excuses. The one thing I never heard them utter is, wait for it, parental oversight. It seems they have just given up on parents taking any responsibility. How do they think things will ever change if there is no structure. Sad.
