I agree with the spouter from Court House regarding the rudeness

Court House - I agree with the spouter from Court House regarding the rudeness of the person answering the phone at the Office on Aging/Meals on Wheels. I have heard the same complaint from several seniors trying to get help. Why on earth are you working for the public if you are so miserable? A little kindness can go a long way. We are all busy so if you can't be kind, then get out of there so someone else can take your job.
