How ridiculous that schools are suspending their youngest studen

Court House - How ridiculous that schools are suspending their youngest students, who need their daily class more than any others, and for silly infractions. Surely these well-paid school people can think of other educationally-sound ways to deal with an offense by a first grader. Why was it necessary for Trenton lawmakers to have to pass a law to forbid such punishment?
