Court House - How did Cape Tech fire the custodian and grounds staff before knowing the cost of the bids from outside companies? Freeholders already approved the budget, including salaries for the custodian and grounds staff for another year, so what was the board planning to do with that money? Give themselves even bigger bonuses? Something fishy is going on at that school and it's about time someone investigates.
