Court House - Hey Middle Township you really need to clean up your homeless problem in your retail store parking lots. I was shopping during the early afternoon hours and when I was walking out to my car I was apparently followed without knowing. I would like to thank the woman who was walking in the opposite direction for signaling me. I just wish I caught on quicker before he followed me all the way to my vehicle. I parked way out from other cars. When I turned around it was a panhandler who was asking for bus fare. A short caucasian male about 5ft, glasses, mustache, late 40's or 50's with a rude mouth.
