Court House - Growing up I was told always to look both ways before crossing the street. Now that we have the law of cross walks and to watch for pedestrians, people just step off the curb looking straight ahead disregarding any traffic coming. When they get hit it is not the drivers fault although the driver gets prosecuted. What happened?
