The four-way stop at the Shellbay Ave./Bayberry Drive intersecti

Court House - The four-way stop at the Shellbay Ave./Bayberry Drive intersection needs to be eliminated. It just increases the risk of an accident. There is no need for a four-way stop there. Remove the stop sign on Shellbay so traffic heading east or west doesn't have to stop. Traffic would flow so much better and it would be safer.
