Court House - Every year we lose more open space and woods to development. The County should not be wasting open space funds on anything that does not preserve open space. Saving as much land as possible from development as quickly as possible should be the top priority. If they saved up open space funds, it could preserve larger properties or many smaller ones. Even small pieces of land are worth preserving.
