Court House - Entering the Court House Library May 30, I was reminded of Puerto Rico. There, employees and citizens are equally exposed to heat, humidity and discomfort while trying to accomplish goals. The central air broke in early April. Clubs have been canceled, there have been early closings and areas are non accessible due to the excessive heat. This causes a disconnect with the public and a service that is depended on. When will our library be returned to us?
