Go in the morning or later at night unless you don't mind listening to the teenagers and their four-letter words as well as their loud yelling and craziness. If they're not hanging out in the "teen room" they will be on the porch smoking and cursing. Letting the librarians know is a joke. They will tell you, "it's not my job to tell them to leave."
