Court House - A Dennis Township spouter would like to know who would get sued if a bicyclist or jogger was struck by an auto or ATV on a bike path? Designated paths are for human power only - bicycling, walking, jogging. It is illegal for any motorized vehicle to operate on a bike path. They would face fines, and possible jail time if they hit a bicyclist or pedestrian. They would also have to reimburse the victim for any medical bills. Signs, gates, and barricades do prevent motorized vehicles from entering. Do you prefer pedestrians and bicycles on the road? Build it and tourists will come.
