Court House - Crest Haven's employees are under AFSCME (American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees) unless they are administration. Why is it that after the previous AFSCME president did not win reelection he got promoted within Crest Haven with a raise? He worked in the kitchen at Crest Haven and now has a title of division director. What is the division director? We do not know because it is a new made-up title with a job that was never posted, with a raise. I am sure there are a lot of people in Cape May County who would like a $73,000 salary.
