Court House - Crest Haven has programs to help people with drug and alcohol problems. They can get a year's rent paid, $800 in vouchers, someone to drive them to get their pain pills,
and they can still drink their beer/vodka and abuse prescription medication. They also are getting free healthcare and food assistance. Sure, you may have to go to counseling four days a week, but you don't have to get a job, so it's not too bad. It's a disgrace.
