Court House - On the corner of Hand Avenue and Route 9, there is a telephone pole full of staples and nails used to hold posters of all sorts. With exposed sharp edges, I witnessed a young man walking by where his sweatshirt got caught, bringing him to a complete stop. Can someone please direct this concern to the proper personnel?
