Court House - To the commenter that laments that Avalon and Stone Harbor don’t have affordable housing. I don’t know of any homeowners in that area that would be willing to sell their million-dollar homes at a price I can afford. Unfortunately, I don’t have the financial means to afford any of these homes let alone the taxes, but then again, I can’t afford filet mignon and lobster either. If the commenter can tell me how I can achieve these aspirations while still selling my home at market value, please let me know. At the rate of inflation, I will be happy with a good lead on hamburger.
