Can the unmarked trucks and trailers in Middle Township that cut

Court House - Can the unmarked trucks and trailers in Middle Township that cut grass for cash and don't pay taxes on the income start paying like the other lawn care businesses of the township? On weekends and evenings, we have to listen to loud, industrial mowers in our residential neighborhood. At least have them register with the township and pay for a mercantile license. Why should they be allowed tax-free income?
