Court House - Can someone with the county or Parkway look into the light at the northbound exit ramp at Crest Haven? During the day, the light is long but almost reasonable. After work hours, the timer is set ridiculously long. I sit for three to four minutes when there is no car at any other position in the intersection. Nine out of 10 times there is no other car at the intersection when I sit there. Hopefully, they can change it to a blinking red after work hours.
