Court House - Can the Herald do something about the four people who continuously reply online only to attack others personally and educationally? It demeans the reason for Spout Off. It's one thing to have freedom of speech and an open forum but why allow hooligans and aggressiveness to take over? If you don't know who I'm talking about, simply wait for them to reply.
