Court House - At the beginning of November 2017, people were illegally made to leave a residential health care facility. Those whose Social Security was used for their stay had their entire check taken for less than two weeks. This is elder fraud and illegal. Charges should have been prorated. Both the county prosecutor and state police were informed. Two of the residents submitted a signed complaint. Nothing has been done since. Police were unaware of elder fraud. Prosecutor's office was notified again. That was over two and a half months ago. Nothing has been done!
