Court House - Been reading posts about barking dogs and people's concerns about them. I too live in a neighborhood where there are multiple barking dogs. They are outside all day barking, in all types of conditions. The problem isn't the dogs, but the owners of the dogs. They misinterpret rural living for discourteous neighborly conduct. Sometimes the barking goes on in the middle of the night as well. I guess the township has other bigger priorities to worry about than dogs.
