Are towns with Facebook accounts required to provide Facebook po

Court House - Are towns with Facebook accounts required to provide Facebook posts and official answers from towns on their page through an OPRA request? Some towns review posts before posting on their page. Are these pre posts able to be OPRA'd? Some towns have their political appointees handling the Facebook posts, but doesn't this interfere with freedom of the press?
