Court House - Allowing land use decisions to be made by local planning and zoning boards was a mistake. There's nothing they won't approve when it comes to development. Look at what just happened near Cox Hall Creek WMA. All of our remaining woods, farms, and fields will be destroyed within years if the local planning boards determine land use decisions. The State needs to take more aggressive actions to save land from development because the local governments sure won't do it!
