Court House - After reading numerous weeks of Spout Offs, I have come to conclusion that other Cape May County towns need to take a page from Avalon's handbook. How come one town can have a great Mayor, Public Works, Recreation, and Fire/EMS, while others have problems with all their services? Follow Avalon's lead, they must be doing something right.
