Court House - About the spout complaining about morning drivers rushing to work, and disregarding the school bus laws: Why are area departments not using more unmarked cars to do morning patrols on roads where school children are concentrated, awaiting a pick-up? Most of us are aware of such roads, so why aren't police details being used more efficiently area-wide?
